once an order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

if you notice a mistake in your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at littleoddgems.com. we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

all orders are shipped from sunny Singapore! ☀️ and YES, we offer WORLDWIDE shipping 🌎

please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information where applicable.

🇸🇬 LOCAL (SINGAPORE) ORDERS | shipped via SingPost

  • FREE tracked mail for orders above S$80
  • standard tracked mail: S$4
  • parcels usually arrive within 3–7 working days from shipment.

🇺🇸 USA ORDERS | shipped via Airpak

  • tracked international mail — shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on weight.
  • parcels usually arrive within 7–10 working days from shipment.

🌎 REST OF THE WORLD | shipped via SingPost

  • tracked international mail: S$15–S$22, depending on weight.
  • parcels usually arrive within 10–20 working days from shipment.
